Q and A

Where do you get the bone for bone grafting?

There are different types of bone dental surgeons can use to help regenerate alveolar bone patient's have lost or need for implants or cosmetic improvement.

The general rule is the patient's own bone is the best but not without its difficulties.  So I made a table to show the pros and cons of different bone type and that is how the surgeon chooses the type of bone to regenerate bone.
